Fave Studio Return Policy

​

We want you to love your Fave Studio socks! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them for a refund or store credit, as long as:

  • You initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unwashed, unworn, and unused, with all original packaging included.

  • If you’re exchanging for a different size, style, or color, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs.

  • If your order has already been dispatched or delivered and you wish to return it for a refund, the return shipping costs will be on you.

Defective Socks​

​

We stand by the quality of our socks, but if you notice a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace them!

  • If you experience any issues within 7 days of wearing them, please reach out to us.

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our Contact Us page.

  2. Fill out the form.

  3. In the message section, let us know the reason for your return (defective/size/style/color).

  4. Submit the form.

  5. We’ll get back to you ASAP to resolve the issue.

Fave Studio Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:

Shipping Rates

​

  • Orders over $75 – FREE shipping

  • Orders under $75:

    • $6 shipping for the first item (up to 3 items)

    • Free shipping if you order 4 or more items

​

Delivery Time

​

  • All orders are shipped via NZ Post

  • Estimated delivery: 3–9 working days

​

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
